The customer support here is incredible. The lady at the service desk alongside her colleague Michael took the time to help me find a computer that was best for my needs. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process as their strong knowledge on the technology as well as their kindness helped me make an informed decision on what to purchase. I visited the store today with my grandsons MacBook. The gentleman in repair said they don’t fix apple products but he said he was up for a challenge. Google chrome was wiped out for some reason and wouldn’t let us reinstall. Well after about 30 minutes he managed to reinstall it for me. Then I asked him how much do I owe you he says no charge. Great to know some people in customer service still care. Thanks for the great service, and I will definitely be back!

Prompt service with staff who know what they're talking about even when dealing with technical aspects of computer parts and components, their staff can deal well with anyone's needs whether it be my tech illiterate mother pick out a Chromebook or technical details regarding how a specific CPU will perform with my motherboard their staff do it all! Would recommend this place with their competitive prices in a heartbeat. Only potential issue is their rather unforgiving return policy, however even after years of shopping with them. I've never had any issues with products let alone a need to return them in the first place so I regard this as a non-issue. The only time what they give you won't work would be right away anyways out of the box, in which that case their 14 day warranty would cover it regardless.

I am very disappointed to write this review. I spent thousands in different CCs in two provinces and have never ever encountered such an attitude as here in Oshawa's one. I ordered an SSD there and it appeared to be an open box. The cashier told me that it was sealed "from the other side", whatever it means. When I showed him that it was indeed opened, he told me that it was me who just opened it. After I asked him whether he saw the knife in my hands, with which the seal was broken, he told me that the SSD had been serviced and that's why it was opened. What? 15 seconds ago you told me it was new and sealed. Inspecting the SSD at home showed obvious signs of it being installed into someone's PC. I would have been ok with open box products, I bought a few earlier, but the staff makes fools of their customers, and it is absolutely unacceptable.

The staff could be more respectful and value customers' time. I had to wait for 20 mins to pay for 1 small item untill the customer before me had a lot of thinking Nd planning on the counter.

They didnt build my PC good or provide information My first issue was one of the 3 fans wasn't working because they didn't tie the wires back so the wires were crushing my fan Second issue is they didn't give me very much storage inside when I specifically said I wanted around 3tb 3rd issue was that I have no clue where the wifi antennas are or go. 4th issue is the light controls for the tower doesn't work anymore but there is a program on my PC to control the lights but I have no clue how. 5th issue,can't connect a controller 6th issue,the store is understaffed

Horrible customer service at this store from the store manager when I requested him to address a concern I had. He resorted to name calling and degrading me in front of everyone in the store. Not a way to treat a customer. I definitely recommend shopping elsewhere. My very first time doing a google review, I was so upset by how I was treated I was compelled to write this.

I have gone to this Canada Computers location numerous times and the staff have always been so friendly and helpful! I most recently went to find a new keyboard and Michael went above and beyond to help me choose the right one. He was even sure to note the return policy so I knew I could bring it back in case it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Happy to say I'm very happy with my choice and I'm so grateful to the Canada Computer team for their help!
